Welcome!
The idea of these shows is for those of you who are having a SHITTY day, to listen and find something in one of the guests’ words and turn that day around to a SMITTY day!
Some days change your life. Some conversations change how you see it. This space exists for both.
I create interviews and documentaries that explore PTSD, suicide prevention, mental resilience, and the experiences that shape veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and the families who stand beside them. Every conversation is built on trust, giving people the opportunity to tell their story honestly, whether it’s about loss, recovery, service, or finding a reason to keep moving forward.
I also explore history, the outdoors, extraordinary people, and the questions that remind us there is always more to discover. Because resilience isn’t found only in life’s hardest moments, it’s built through curiosity, community, and connection.
One of those connections is my ongoing partnership with Operation: Talk 2 Me Johnny, where I produce Bridging the Gap, a series dedicated to veterans, first responders, and their families. These conversations don’t focus solely on trauma. They focus on what comes after: rebuilding purpose, strengthening relationships, and showing others that they are not facing their challenges alone.
