Had to produce a 2–5-minute short from concept to final delivery within a two-week production schedule while balancing multiple class projects. Developed the storyboard and shot list, performed on camera, handled all cinematography, video editing, audio editing, sound design, and colour correction. The project strengthened my ability to build tension through pacing, shot composition, and sound while managing every stage of production independently.

Produced a 10-minute interview for Beyond The Sidelines on Evolution 107.9, managing the project from booking through final edit. Researched the subject, prepared interview questions, recorded the conversation, and completed the editing and sound design.

The interview explored Lisa’s journey after losing her brother to suicide and her work supporting people affected by PTSD through physical and mental wellness. Covering sensitive topics required preparation, active listening, and creating an environment where difficult conversations could happen naturally.

Produced a 10-minute interview for Beyond The Sidelines on Evolution 107.9, overseeing research, booking, recording, editing, and sound design.

Interviewed Randy, a former Joint Task Force 2 Tier 1 assaulter and MMA fighter. Building enough trust to have an open conversation required preparation, professionalism, and strong interpersonal communication, resulting in an interview that shared experiences rarely discussed publicly.

Heritage Abbotsford Society Documentary Series

Completed my 2nd Media Lab by producing nine 5-minute history documentaries on Abbotsford, BC in collaboration with Christina Reid and the Heritage Abbotsford Society.

Managed interview scheduling, historical research, operated two-camera interview productions, and completed editing, colour correction, and sound design.

Edited promotional content for Operation: Talk 2 Me Johnny to promote its May 30, 2026, memorial event supporting PTSD awareness for my 2nd Practicum.

Worked directly with the client to maximize the impact of existing footage through editing and sound design, creating social media content designed for short-form platforms while maintaining the organization’s message.
