I sat down with Dr. Heather van der Geest from Polo Health and Wellness Centre in New Westminster, BC Canada and had a 30-minute conversation, this is a 3-minute clip of that interview.
It was only meant to be an audio clip that had to be handed in, but I wanted to keep working on my editing skills, so I did a quick video for fun working on captions (still a little rough just learned it today).

For this project we had to create a History Tour video on a location in the Lower Mainland. I choose Clayburn Village in Abbotsford, B.C. with its rich history of bricks used throughout BC.

Doctor Heather van der Geest, a former member of the Canadian Junior National Rowing team who holds a Doctorate in Naturopathy Medicine with a focus on pain and injury management with clinics in Abbotsford and Chilliwack.

A retired Tier 1 Soldier from Joint Task Force 2, Canada’s hostage rescue unit similar to the US Delta Force and the British 22 SAS.
Randy now owns and runs Direct Action, a tactical training company.
Randy started his MMA career as a way to gain knowledge to supplement his unarmed combat knowledge, but soon found a deeper connection to how MMA can help guide is life through the good times and bad to come out stronger in the end.
